This is my latest creation from Mongolian restaurant in Al Sadd.
This time I tried mixing marianted chicken and fish with the usual suspects like onions, broccoli, corn, capsicum, and almost everything else available there and yes ginger, garlic, grenn chilli, cabbage... plus pepper pwd, ginger pwn, garlic pwd and ofcourse salt...
This time I tried rice on the side and didnt mix it with the main course and it came out very well. Rice is much better han noodles here.. and am getting better with selection of ingredients... next time i will try the beef ... till then
