Nando's chicken --- mild, medium or hot

This is Nando's Qatar's signature dish

Chicken Espetada

 

Hanging chicken chunks with two side dish... you select from rice, veg, fries, etc... they used to have a few more tomatoes and capsicum grilled along with chicken... now its not there maybe cutting cost.. Note the small flag -- that means this dish is hot.... ooo lala

 

Chicken Cataplana (I prefer this to the espetada)

Cataplana is named after the clam shell shaped vessel in which it is cooked (thanks google).

Grilled chicken thighs marinated in peri-peri sauce, simmed with strips of bell peppers, onion and ripe tomatoes and served on a bed of spicy rice (thanks again Sergey Brin).

Not bad once in while. Quick and friendly service... food is average to good... The city center branch is the best -- portion wise and taste wise. Al Sadd one is not that good. The staff are excellent... so wont mind going back again...

they have mild medium and hot to choose from ... usually hot is very spicy even for us but at al Sadd it was not that spicy... maybe chef was having an off day...

Everyone likes to try chicken espetada ... chicken strips meal is also a good bet

the soup of the day is worth a try just for the bread roll they give along with it... 

A meal cost around 30-60 per head including drinks... according to wifey the mint lime drink is very good... never tried as i don't like lemon nor mint... in my drinks
