A new Indian restaurant - Akbar - has opened shop at Swiss Belhotel Old Salata (map). Its got a nice look and feel and the initial report from friends are positive.
Not exceptional but pretty good. That is good enough for me to plan a trip soon.
There is live ghazal going on everyday.... and my sources were not that good in judging ghazals so will have to wait for some music buff to give a report...
The cuisine, as the name suggests, is North Indian, more of mughalai, and the price is average, not too expensive.

BTW why did they name it Akbar... not heard that many restaurants with name of personalities... other than celebrity chefs.... ohhh yes forgot tendulkar's and mohanlal's....
