Salsa gets a makeover
Doha Marriott has
given their Salsa Mexican restaurant a new look and feel and it looks very funky
with a colourful graffiti wall and a menu designed like a newspaper. The highlight
of the re-launch is their Wing Stings – what they claim to be the hottest wings
in town. I missed the opening so can’t vouch for it personally, but they
usually live up to their claims. California Tortilla at Salwa Road can surely
give them some fight in the hotness department with their various super hot
sauces. But then you can’t compare a five-star dig to a casual restaurant…. And
I am told they have some cool cocktails to cool you down after all the hot
stuff… can’t wait to give it a go…
