First Riyasat in Middle East welcomes guests for royalty-inspired Indian lunch and dinner

Riyasat, located in St.Regis Doha, is inviting guests to light up their taste buds with the richness of Indian flavours in a lavish and sophisticated, yet modern, ambiance. The menu, specially curated by Judge of “Master Chef India” Chef Jolly, allows guests to experience culinary traditions practiced by royal Indian families.

Inspired by the Majestic Indian Estates, Riyasat captivates the glamorous era of the 19th century, with fascinating royal interiors designed to perfection, while adding a blend of deco motifs characterized by rich colours and decadent detail work. The space creates a global, youthful and edgy space allowing guests to dine like a true Indian royal.

Surjan Singh Jolly, fondly known as Chef Jolly is a prominent figure on the global culinary scene, most notably an Indian celebrity chef who has been Chef Judge for “Master Chef India”, a television personality and culinary consultant with over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry.

Ranging from exquisite juicy chicken and tiger prawn kebabs, seasoned with spices, to slow cooked, smoked or braised lamb to light side dishes, to oven baked naans and green leafy bowls, there is something for everyone. The lunch and dinner menu cater to various diets such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and dairy free. Each dish is mildly spiced and aromatic, with tantalizingly fresh seasonal ingredients and a contemporary flair.  In addition to the food menu, a crafty cocktail and mocktail menu is also available apart from your favourite beverages.

The restaurant welcomes guests for dinner daily from 6pm to 11:30pm, and for lunch from Wednesday to Saturday starting 12:30pm until 4pm. An happy hour concept will be introduced soon.
