Maya Doha, the Mexican restaurant, has announced the return of its Friday brunch, this time with a new concept. Brunch enthusiasts will be welcomed back starting Friday September 10 and every Friday from 1 pm to 4 pm, for a special Resaca brunch. Get ready to be welcomed the Mexican way, with a complimentary enhanced beverage on the house, the moment you check in to Maya.
Maya’s re-launched brunch will include some promising additions and a menu that will be curated specifically for the day. Signature dishes from the traditional guacamole, quesadillas, ceviche will be available on the menu. A few exclusive dishes, all the way from Mexico, known to cure a Resaca, like the famous Birria Shot, made of beef broth, onion, and lime will be a brunch special. One shot and say goodbye to that Thursday Resaca after effect. Another promising dish is the Chilaquiles en Salsa Verde, made of corn chips, green sauce, sour cream, sunny side up egg and cheese.
All these dishes are Chef Sergio Pena’s creations. For the past 3 years Chef Sergio has been bringing incredible flavors, with an authentic Mexican twist and touch, to Maya Doha’s kitchen.
Guests can enjoy 7 appetizing dishes along with 3 desserts for QR 320 including soft beverages only. For a total of QR 349, guests can boost their experience with an enhanced beverage package and can top it up with an additional QR120 for an extra bubbly experience.
