BiBo, the Spanish Andalusian Brasserie and restaurant, by 3-star Michelin chef Dani Garcia, celebrates its first ever brunch concept, starting last Friday. Bibo will be hosting visitors every Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m with dishes from different corners of the world, with an Andalusian touch. Bibo will be also opening its doors every Saturday, starting October 9 for lunch as well.
The menu will start with some “starters to share”. Bibo is known for its shareable platters, guests will find on the menu the signature Guacamole and the flavoursome seabass ceviche. The juicy Rabo De Toro Brioche will also be served for brunch, alongside two of the top selling latest additions to the menu, which are the crispy eggplant, known as the Berenjenas Fritas and the creamy Canelones de Pollo.
For “main courses to choose from” section, guests can select any of the following 4 main courses; the Wagyu Burger, the slow cooked short ribs known as Costilla de Ternera, the Lubina Asada known as seared seabass or the Arroz Negro.
The “dessert to share” section will include the creamy vanilla rice pudding and the caramelized soaked housemade brioche, the Torrija Caramelizado.
The brunch is priced QR 298 per person, including food and soft beverages. A special enhanced beverages package is available for additional QR 158 per person and a premium for QR 198.

BiBo Doha is located at Al Gassar Resort, the St. Regis Doha and is open for dinner from Sunday to Thursday 6pm to 12am, Fridays for brunch from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm and then for dinner from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am. Bibo will also be open on Saturday for lunch and dinner time starting 12:30 pm 12am.
