Frederic Guinot is at the helm of Ledoux, a talented Executive Pastry Chef with a career spanning 30 years. With roots in French patisserie he transports you to Grasse, known as a city of perfumes and bold Citron de Menton with hints of his travels throughout Europe, South America, Asia and the Middle East. In-line with his philosophy of “simplicity, taste, and texture”, Chef Frederic uses fresh seasonal fruits and high-quality chocolates.
