Jamavar Doha, an Indian fine dining restaurant that pays homage to the royal cuisines of India, is ready to host diners at Sheraton Doha Hotel.
Jamavar, co-founded by Samyukta Nair and her father, Dinesh, began their journey at The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts in India. Jamavar Doha is the second international outpost for the brand after its branch in Mayfair London in 2016 where it received a celebrated Michelin star within the first year of its opening. Jamavar Doha is the seventh restaurant within the family.
Famed for its unique approach to Indian cuisine from across the sub-continent, Jamavar gives food connoisseurs the opportunity to immerse in its authentic recipes. Jamavar Doha’s menu showcases dishes from both the Royal kitchens of Northern India and the coastal cuisine from the Southern states, exploring Pan-Indian flavours using a range of authentic cooking techniques and reflecting the essence of its siblings across India and London.
“Discover the joys of dining revealed through a series of fun tasting plates alongside signature Jamavar dishes, based on the culinary wealth of the Nair family and its matriarch Leela Nair. To complement the menu, an array of desserts has been thoughtfully hand-picked to create a perfect finish to your meal. Jamavar, Doha is more than just a restaurant, bar, and lounge that we are super excited to host and present to the patrons of fine dining and hard-to-please connoisseurs,” the restaurant claimed.
