Fairmont Doha has introduced Taco Tuesdays and Latino Nights, weekly celebrations of Mexican culinary artistry, paired with the spirited Latino culture.
“Taco Tuesdays at Vaya! burst with flavor and excitement, celebrating the lively essence of Mexican cuisine. Our passionate chefs from South America have crafted a menu brimming with gourmet tacos that dance with authenticity and creativity. From succulent beef barbacoa to zesty chicken tinga and savory carnitas, alongside playful vegetarian and seafood options, every taco is a burst of joy. Each bite is enhanced by a colourful array of artisanal salsas, guacamoles, and delightful toppings, creating a fiesta for the senses," a press release said.
Live Cooking Stations: Guest can observe chefs’ culinary prowess as they prepare tacos to order, kids can discover the exceptional world of cooking, and big groups can celebrate with the touch of chefs on the plate and enjoy the fire shows for unforgettable memories.
Signature Enhanced Beverages: Delight in their expertly crafted non-alcoholic margaritas and tequila flights, and other sophisticated enhanced beverages, designed to pair exquisitely with taco offerings.

Enhancing the allure of Taco Tuesdays, Fairmont Doha presents Latino Nights—a vibrant celebration of Latin American culture and music every day between 4-6pm for QAR 75 for selection of three tacos. Post dining, guests are invited to immerse themselves in an electrifying atmosphere where the rhythms of Latin music come alive while sipping the colourful drinks starting from QAR 40.
