Couldn't resist posting this video... what precision... the guy is not even looking... a parotta maker in some part of India... 
Got this video from the net... don't know who shot it...  thanks to the film maker and the parotta maker.... for all those of you who are not familiar with with parotta will post details soon

@Move Onnnnnnn!! yeah they r in demand... now here they r getting people from Nepal for parotta making. But you can make out from the texture and the flakes... these guys in video are amazing in coordination.... not even looking.... hope it tastes as good
