Tofu lovers are in a treat as Tofu & Cake Restaurant recently opened its third branch at Souq Al Wakra.
Apart from tofu, the restaurant also features Indonesian dishes like Nasi Kuning (steamed yellow rice), Nasi Timbel (wrapped steam rice), Pecel Lele (catfish spicy sambal), Cuanki (dumpling soup), Karedok (vegetable salad with peanut sauce), Batagor (fried dumpling with peanut sauce), chicken & beef satays, Dendeng Balado (fried crispy beef with spicy sambal), etc.
According to Chef Ani Sutarli, wife of Lili Sutarli, Owner of Tofu & Cake Restaurant, their Tofu is special because it is made out of natural ingredients, has good textures, healthy and the most important thing is the prices are affordable.
