Sabai Thai at Westin Doha introduces new Asian menu


Sabai Thai at The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa, has launched its new Asian menu, showcasing more than 10 dishes, all crafted by Sabai Thai Chef Pawichada Thanaphibun with unique ingredients from different countries of Asia such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam and Singapore.
Crab Dumpling

The interiors of the restaurant has also been revamped to create an Asian themed atmosphere. They have also added live entertainment.
Beef redang

New signature Asian dishes have been introduced to the existing Thai menu such as appetizers like Singaporean Crab Dumpling, Wagyu Beef Salad combining Japanese grilled Wagyu beef with Asian dressing and main courses like the Indonesian Beef Rendang cooked the traditional way with beef curry, ground spices and coconut milk and Five-Spices Duck, roasted with five spices and served with Bok Choi and pickle ginger.
Seafood Laksa

Commenting on the new launch Rui Eduardo, Director of Food & Beverage of The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa, said: “The new concept and the culinary experience that we will be offering will showcase an exceptional range of authentic flavors of the Asian region.  We are happy to introduce an innovative approach  and bring a new breeze to Sabai Thai, not to forget that we have  the savoir faire of our talented chef Pawichada who has a wide knowledge on Asian cuisine and brings with her a wealth of experience from some of the top restaurants in five-star hotels..”

Sabai Thai restaurant is located in the outside area of The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa, next to the gardens and is open daily from 12:00 PM until 3:00 PM for lunch and for dinner from 6:30PM until 11:00PM. Every Saturday, Royal Thai Brunch starts at 12PM until 4PM.
